Withdrawal Policy

1. The customer is entitled to revoke the contract within 72 hours of its conclusion without giving reasons by means of a clear statement, provided that they are a customer. The revocation can be sent to the Tarot Reader by email to [email protected]. 

2. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the cancellation in good time before the deadline expires. In the event of revocation, the Tarot Reader will reimburse the customer for the payments made so far immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the revocation. Repayment will be made using the same payment method that the customer used to pay, unless expressly agreed otherwise. 

3. In any case, the customer must pay for services already provided by the Tarot Reader during the cancellation period to the extent that corresponds to the contractually agreed overall service.The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the Tarot Reader has completed her service or has only begun to carry out the service after the customer has given his express consent and at the same time declared his knowledge of the expiry of the right of withdrawal. 

4. Withdrawal or a refund will not be permitted or possible once the customer has already recieved the download link for the video of the reading per email.
